No, there is no refund for early returns.

Yes. Any persons under the age of 18 is required to wear helmets in our machines. Over the age of 18 is suggested but not required. 

If cell phone service is available, call or text us with details about what happened. Our machines are equipped with GPS trackers that we can use to acquire your location. If damage occurs due to negligence of renter, a retrieval fee of $150 will be charged to renter.

Our machines will be full at the time of your rental and must be returned full at renters expense.  

If cancellation is made 48 hours or less, there will be no refunds and guests are responsible for the full cost of the rental for UTV, snowmobiles, e-bikes, and non e-bikes. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled prior to 48 hours for the following:  e-bike, non e-bike, UTV, and snowmobile rentals. Cancelled one hour bike rentals will only be charged $25 if cancelled 48 hours or less. Lodging cancelled 48 hours or less will be charged $50. A $100 fee will be assessed to The Mickelson Trail Shuttle cancellations.  If shuttle cancellations occur, 48 hours or less prior to scheduled shuttle, the guest is responsible for the full cost of their scheduled shuttle. No refunds will be given. However, we will be happy to offer you a credit to ride another time, or you can transfer the reservation to friends or family. If for any reason, we cancel your reservation, a full refund will be given. No shows on all rentals will be charged 100% of the reservation.
